- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
- Manage student registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Schedule classes, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Manage filing systems (both physical and electronic).
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support the Head Instructor with daily administrative duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and business information.
